A common issue with many couples is that once they get engaged, they jump head first into the wide world of planning, only to hit a brick wall halfway through! Once all of the major details have been taken care of, you may find yourself needing a little guidance as to what you should do next….

If you find yourself at this at this crossroad, the Partial Planning Package is for you! After a one hour consultation to establish what stage you are at, we will develop a 3-6 month plan to ensure the remainder of your planning process is a breeze!

Here are some of the ways the Partial Planning Package can help:

  • Create a “Taylored” to-do list along with deadlines and helpful tips

  • Theme/Design Development

  • Wedding Day Itinerary

  • Assistance in developing a Wedding Day budget and advice on how to allocate funds to each category ( eg. décor, food, transportation)

  • Vendor recommendations and advice (caterers, photographers, videographers, limo service, florists, etc.)

  • Accompany you to up to 4 vendor appointments of your choice

  • Review and negotiate vendor contracts as well as final Banquet Event Order

 

Month-of coordination

Now all you need is a little sprinkle of magic to make it all come together! This is your day to spend time with your friend’s, family and new husband/wife. The last thing you want to do is be chasing your caterer around to make sure Aunt Betty gets her gluten-free ravioli! Never fear! We’ve got you covered!   • Run the rehearsal - Coordinate the bridal party's processional and recessional (walking in order with their partners, walking on time to the music, knowing their entrance cues, etc.)

  • Run DJ Sound check (at rehearsal or earlier on Wedding Day) 

  • Supervise the set up of all aspects of the ceremony and reception room, making sure all the small details are taken care of 

  • Coordinate and style the ceremony and reception spaces: decor, centerpieces, welcome table, wedding favours, menu cards, table numbers, escort cards, etc.

  • Be the on-site contact for all vendors on the day

  • Prepare Bride, Groom and Wedding Party for their entrance 

  • Work alongside your MC to ensure all announcements and speeches are executed on time 

  • Ensure the DJ is prepared to play entrance music, first dance, and all other special dances 

  • Ensure the photographers and/or videographers are in proper position inside ceremony and reception hall

  • Make sure all VIP and honored guests are taken care of
